2021 Matilda Shiraz
Dense red and black fruit aromas, are complexed by nuances of chocolate, vanilla and liquorice. The palate is rich with black fruits, sweet spice and cradled by a nicely toasted oak framework. The soft, ripe tannins complement the wine and support the fruit to a long finish.
2023 Matilda Chardonnay
Enticing aromas of cashew, almond, ripe nectarine and flint, lead to a mouth-filling palate of fleshy stone fruit woven with creamy cashew meal and lovely soft salty acidity. Very approachable now, this chardonnay will develop texture and complexity and reward cellaring for up to 5 years.
2023 Shiraz Grenache Rosé
A vibrant strawberry and red apple nose with a soft, spicey element. The palate is fresh, bright and fruit driven with beautiful texture and subtle spice. Medium Dry with
exceptional fresh acidity.
2022 Matilda Cabernet Sauvignon
Powerful and complex perfume of black fruits, dark chocolate and toasty oak. The wine has beautiful balance on the palate, with sweet deep, dark berry fruit weight, dusty ripe tannins, and great length. Very approachable style to drink early, this cabernet sauvignon will cellar well for many years.
