What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.

Edwards Wines will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We  will  take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.

Instagram Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • This giveaway is open to 18+ residents of Australia
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Edwards Wines, Miss Chow’s, Ellensbrook Cottages and Flow Gallery Margaret River are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

  • To enter, participants must follow @edwardswines @misschowsau @flowgallery_margaretriver @ellensbrookcottages + tag two friends in the comments section of this post. + Share the post to your Instagram story for an extra entry.
  • All entries must be received by 5:00pm December 5th AWST

3. Prize: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

  • Edwards Wines: The prize consists of 1x bottle of Oceans Series Chardonnay, 1x 3 pack wine (1x bottle of 2021 Shiraz, 1 bottle ofx 2023 Chardonnay, 1x bottle of 2024 Rose), 2x Temper Temper collab Turkish Delight & Pink Peppercorn Milk Chocolates
  • Miss Chow’s: The prize consists of 1x Miss Chows $200 voucher to be redeemed at the new Margaret River location.
  • Flow Gallery Margaret River: The prize consists of 1x 24inch x 18inch Premium Archival stretched canvas with natural timber frame.
  • Ellensbrook Cottages: The prize consists of 2x nights stay at Ellensbrook Cottages in a one bedroom cottage for two people.  Not redeemable on public holidays or public holiday weekends. Not redeemable between 23/12/24 and 14/01/25. Booking cannot be transferred or gifted to someone else. Booking must be confirmed within next 3 months for dates within next 6 months.

4. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received.
  • The winner will be announced within 48 hours of December 5th at 5pm AWST via DM from @edwardswines

5. Claiming the Prize:

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
  • If the winner does not respond in time, a new winner will be selected.
  • All prizes to be received in your room at Ellensbrook Cottages at the time of your arrange check in date. No prizes are able to be shipped.

6. General Conditions:

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • Edwards Wines reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.
